Two live examples

a compliance build began with a question from long-term-care insiders: could public CMS data predict psychotropic-compliance risk before a surveyor walks in? Weeks later there was a scored dashboard of real facilities on real data, deliberately PHI-free, transparently scored. It's now built alongside its own founders.

an aviation-safety build began with a safety SME's frustration: every SMS tool is a desktop-era app priced for airlines, while 15,000 builders face the FAA's 2027 Part 5 mandate. The wedge, mobile-first, offline-first, sub-60-second reporting, came straight from the domain expert. The build came from us. Also launching as its own company.

Why weeks matter

The studio model's real advantage isn't capital, it's that validation costs weeks instead of years. A scoped build against real production traffic answers the only question that matters (“will the people with the problem pay for this?”) before anyone quits a job or raises a round. If the answer is no, that's a cheap, honest no.
