Privacy policy.

Plain-English, like the rest of the site. Last updated July 6, 2026.

Who we are

48x Inc. (“48x”, “we”) builds 48x.ai. Questions or requests: hello@48x.ai.

What we collect

Contact form. Name, email, company (optional), and your message, used solely to respond to you. Delivered to our inbox via our email provider and retained only as long as the conversation warrants.

Analytics. We use PostHog for product analytics and session replay, and Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic measurement, both solely to understand how the site is used and improve it. Both load only after you accept the cookie banner, and you can decline with one click — if you decline, neither captures anything. PostHog also runs with privacy-preserving defaults (form inputs and sensitive fields are masked in session replays). We do not sell personal information, and Anthropic-style plain talk applies: we use analytics to understand what content is useful, nothing more.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and operations.

What we don't do

No selling or renting personal data. No advertising trackers. No dark-pattern consent.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA, and similar), you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. Email hello@48x.ai, we honor these requests regardless of jurisdiction.

Data retention

Contact messages: kept while the conversation is live, deleted on request. Analytics (PostHog and Google Analytics 4): standard provider retention windows.

Changes

We'll update this page and the date above when the policy changes materially.
